There is no charge for the initial concept stage. We work with you to develop the idea and create visual mock-ups until we arrive at a design you are happy with.

Once the concept is agreed, we provide a quote to make the piece. If you would like to proceed, we request a $25 non-refundable CAD design fee. This covers the time required for our jewellery CAD designer to create the detailed 3D model and is deducted from your final balance if the piece goes ahead.

No. Submitting the enquiry form does not commit you to purchasing anything. You are free to stop at any point during the initial concept and quotation stages.

Once the CAD fee has been paid, that fee is non-refundable because the CAD work is created specifically for you. Once the 40% production deposit has been paid and manufacturing has begun, that deposit is also non-refundable if you decide not to continue with the order.

The initial concept and quotation stage can take anything from the same day to several days, depending on how much refining is needed to get the design exactly right.

Once the concept is approved, the 3D CAD model usually takes around 2–4 days. After the CAD is approved and the 40% deposit is paid, production normally takes around 7–21 days, although most pieces are completed within approximately two weeks.

As soon as the piece is finished, we send you photographs and/or video for approval. The remaining balance is then due before dispatch.

International delivery from Thailand using DHL or FedEx is typically around 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

In most cases, yes. Thailand is one of the world’s major gemstone and jewellery centres, which gives us direct access to an exceptionally wide selection of coloured stones.

We source gemstones in person through trusted long-standing contacts and established traders, including within Bangkok’s jewellery district and Jewellery Trade Center.

We personally inspect and select the stones used in our bespoke pieces rather than simply ordering unseen stock, allowing us to choose for colour, cut, clarity and overall appearance.

Yes. If certification is required, the gemstone should normally be submitted to the laboratory before the jewellery enters production, while the stone is still loose.

We can arrange reports through reputable local gem laboratories in Bangkok and, where appropriate, through internationally recognised laboratories such as GIA.

Standard local laboratory certification can often be included without additional charge. GIA certification is usually most worthwhile for higher-value, important or exceptional stones and any GIA fees would be added to the quotation.

Laboratory turnaround can add anywhere from a few days to around two weeks depending on the laboratory and service used.

Our bespoke jewellery is produced in Thailand. We source the gemstones here and work with our specialist Bangkok jewellery workshop to manufacture each piece.

Thailand has a long-established reputation for gemstone cutting and fine jewellery production, allowing us to combine strong craftsmanship with direct access to gemstones and precious-metal manufacturing.

Before dispatch, we send you clear photographs and/or video of the completed jewellery so you can see the finished piece.

Once received, our standard return policy allows eligible pieces to be returned within 14 days, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Yes. One of the main reasons we create a 3D CAD model is to give you a clearer understanding of the scale, proportions, setting and overall construction before the jewellery is made.

If something does not look quite right, we can discuss revisions with you before production begins. The piece will not move into manufacture until the final CAD has been approved.

Absolutely. You can upload photographs, sketches, antique jewellery references or examples of particular design details you like when completing the enquiry form.

These can be used as inspiration to develop something individual rather than simply reproducing another piece exactly.

Yes. For many bespoke commissions we can show you suitable gemstone options before purchase, allowing you to choose between different colours, shapes, qualities and price points.

This is particularly useful for gemstones such as sapphires, emeralds, rubies, aquamarines, tourmalines and opals, where appearance can vary considerably from stone to stone.

We can produce pieces in a range of precious metals including silver, 9ct gold, 10k gold, 14k gold, 18k gold, 22k gold and platinum, depending on the design.

Yellow, white and mixed-metal designs are all possible, and we can advise which metal is most suitable for the style, gemstones and intended use of the piece.

The initial design discussion and concept stage are free. If you accept our quotation, the next step is the $25 CAD fee.

After you approve the final CAD and decide to proceed with production, we request a 40% deposit. The remaining 60% is payable once the jewellery is finished and you have received photographs and/or video of the completed piece.
