At DJG Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, the following terms apply.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Returned items must:
- Be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item
- Be in the same condition as when they were dispatched
- Show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage
All returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Examination & Refunds
Once the item is returned, it will be carefully examined.
If it is confirmed to be in the same condition as originally sent, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned in a condition different from when sent may not be eligible for a refund.
