Orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday, UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.

• Items valued over £100 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fully tracked and insured service that requires a signature on delivery.

• Items under £100 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is also fully tracked and insured.

Orders received after 11am will typically be dispatched on the next working day.

International Orders

We charge £10 for sipping on international orders (anywere outside of UK).

Please allow 1–2 working days for processing.

• Orders under £500 are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with estimated delivery times of 7–10 days, depending on destination.

• Orders over £500 are sent via a fully insured door-to-door courier service, with delivery usually taking 3–7 days, depending on location.

All international orders are fully tracked, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Yes, our “antique jewellery” will always be assessed and verified as genuine and of the period it is described as in the item description. However, we don’t just sell antique jewellery – we also sell a lot of vintae and more modern pieces. Tat bein said, if a piece is described as an antique then it will always be of the period it is being described as.

We offer international shipping for a flat rate of £10 to anywhere outside the UK, including the USA.

For orders shipped to the United States, we cover all import tariff charges. While shipping to the USA typically costs us around $25 and import tariffs are charged at approximately 10% of the item’s value, we do not want our US customers to incur any unexpected costs.

For this reason, all tariff charges are absorbed by us in full, ensuring there are no additional fees on delivery.

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, including any original packaging.

• Once we receive the item, it will be carefully examined.

• If it is returned in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the item price.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

For items that are not hallmarked, we work with our local bullion dealers, who professionally test the metal using an XRF analyser. This allows us to accurately determine the metal content without causing any damage to the piece.

Any stones we are uncertain about are tested before sale. We use refractive index testing and a polariscope to identify gemstones and confirm their authenticity. This ensures we know exactly what we are selling and can describe each piece accurately and honestly.
